It's time to change your classroom practices to create thinkers in mathematics. Join us to discuss how Prince William County Public Schools is holding book studies of Building Thinking Classrooms by Peter Liljedahl and creating classrooms where students no longer mimic. Explore this book which is immediately applicable. Participants will engage in the 14 practices and examine how teachers have implemented the practices. The research that resulted in these practices will be shared and our experiences with implementation will be included.
