As Math Coaches/Specialists and Math Supervisors, we have the monumental task of providing professionally learning opportunities for teachers with a wide range of skill sets and areas of professional growth. But where do we - and more importantly, teachers - have the time to do this?
In this session, participants will learn how to design individualized, bite-size, actionable "PD on a Plate" for classroom teachers that they support to absorb during a planning period and implement within the next week's lessons. The PD during this session will center on improving teacher's Culturally Responsive Teaching practice (resources to increase student voice, and math routines).
